Illinois and Indiana Governors agree on the construction of the Illiana Expressway that would connect Interstate highways 55 and 65. Governor-IL Pat Quinn and Governor-IN Mitch Daniels are both optimistic of the project and state that its construction would generate 14,000 jobs. Read here..
